1 Introduction

Welcome to luckpu ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://luckpu.cam. luckpu is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. 4 Platform Use & Permitted Conduct

4.1 Permitted Use

Users are permitted to access and use luckpu for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only — including reading guides, accessing educational content, and navigating the informational resources provided. All use must be consistent with these Terms and with all Applicable Law.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on and in connection with the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited by these Terms or Applicable Law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar technologies to extract, copy or index Platform Content without prior written consent from luckpu.
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, worm, trojan or other harmful software via or in connection with the Platform.
• Impersonating luckpu, its staff, or any other person or entity in connection with the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any Platform Content for commercial purposes without luckpu's prior written consent.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical protection measure or access restriction on the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting or facilitating any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Using the Platform to collect personal data about other users without their consent.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5 Content & Accuracy

luckpu makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Platform is accurate, up to date and fit for purpose. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and luckpu makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose.

In particular, Users should be aware of the following:

• Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, payment method availability, odds ranges and RTP figures shown on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless explicitly stated otherwise. They do not represent live, guaranteed or current operator promotions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, luckpu and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred in connection with any operator referenced on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any interruption, suspension or cessation of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform Content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, luckpu's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by that User for access to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Jurisdiction, Governing Law & Legal Compliance

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to luckpu's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

luckpu specifically acknowledges that Pakistan has its own legal framework governing gambling activities, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related provincial and federal legislation. luckpu does not claim that online gambling is legal in Pakistan, nor does it seek or hold authorisation from:

• The Government of Pakistan or any federal ministry.
• The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
• The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
• Any provincial government or authority within Pakistan.
• Any Pakistani financial institution or payment provider.

It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether accessing luckpu and engaging in online gambling is lawful in their specific location. luckpu expressly disclaims any liability for any User who accesses the Platform or engages with gambling activities in contravention of Applicable Law. This section does not constitute legal advice.

11 Suspension & Termination

luckpu reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate a User's access to the Platform in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or otherwise improper use of the Platform.
• Conduct that luckpu determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the Platform, its users or third parties.
• Any requirement imposed by law, regulation, court order or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of access, the User's right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

luckpu also reserves the right to discontinue, modify or restrict the Platform — or any feature or section thereof — at any time and without liability to any User.

12 Responsible Gambling Obligations
